Hello, Im Joel Ray Calibo Pabinguit the son of Marina (Calibo) and Nestor
Pabinguit. I just recently went back to Siquijor for the burial of my
grandfather Juanito Calibo. I think that this website is great and that it helps those
that are here in America updated with the latest news and gossip back at the island. Good

Kumusta? Greetings from the golden state California. I am American born and
raised. I am related to ya'll there in Siquijor in the sense that I am the
granddaughter of the living and happy Alipio T. Paculba of E.V. I am only part
filipino, but am definately true to my culture -roots! Well just to let you
know...I came across this web site when I was online. I was quite thrilled to
see something that is dedicated to Siquijor. It's wonderful. I also had to tell
you that I love you all there in Siquijor. I've only been there (sad for me) 3
times. But when I do go I always have a blast. I can't wait to go back.
Hopefully soon. I have such wonderful family and friends there that I most
adore. Everybody is most kind and hospitable towards my family. Miss You All.

website, where I can keep in touch with our fellow Siquijodnons. This site is so cool! Hi,
my name is Vincent-Tacang-Pagente of Winnipeg, Canada. I am the youngest son of Mr. &
Mrs. Jesus Pagente. We are from Barrio Basac of Larena, and we immigrate here in the
"PEG" 9 years ago. We are the relatives of Tacang, Borling, Abilay, Lubguban,
Palahang. Currently, it is very cold here in the "PEG" and it's freezing. But no
matter how cold this place can be, surfing in this site makes me feel warm. I visited
Siquijor last August 1998 and it's so great to be home and see how improved this province
is. There's really is no place like this beautiful and peaceful Siquijor, and I am very
proud to be Siquijodnon. A big thanks to the "Bugoy nga buotan" for creating

My, my, this site is an absolute revelation. Browsing the directory of people
who have entries here, I actually found names of some relatives, old friends and
former classmates (from St Louis, Dumaguete)! I live in Sydney, Australia but
was born in Talingting, Siquijor. My grandfather was the late governor Marcial
Flora Pal-ing and my grandmother was Damiana Maglangit Bongoyan. Siquijor is a
truly beautiful island and I'm very proud to be a Siquijorian.

hello...i'm frances...just surfing the net and i remember my very own island
Siquijor...so, I tried typing and clicking if i could find something about my
place...gee!!! i found this page....cool page..huh!!!actually, i'm a medtech student here
in Silliman University, Dumaguete City, Philippines...i usually surf the net during my
free hours in school...i'm hoping that there would be many Siquijorians that would
contribute some informations for this page so that people could know that Siquijorians are
one of the nicest people here on earth...i'm proud of you Siquijor...muah!!!!!

Maayong adlaw kaninyong tanan. I was born and raised in
the island of Siquijor for most of my life. My family moved here in Hawaii
in 1991. Recently, we took our first vacation back home and i was amazed on
much it had changed. I truly missed my grandparents, aunts and uncles,
cousins and other immediate relatives. I missed the "tabo" every
afternoon and friends as well. and don't forget the food(sinugbang isda,
bibingka, putong kamuting kahoy, og inanag nga mais). I wish to be back real
